These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of chroniselite.com. The website is operated by Chronis Elite LLC (“Chronis Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The website provides general information about Chronis Elite, its youth soccer programs, locations, events, and services. Program details, age ranges, prices, schedules, locations, and availability may change. Review the current details shown for a program before registering.
Submitting a contact or program inquiry does not complete a registration or guarantee a place in a program. A registration is confirmed only through our iClassPro registration portal.
A parent or legal guardian must submit inquiries and registrations on behalf of a minor and must be authorized to provide the information submitted. Program participation requires completion of our registration process, which may include parent or guardian consent, photo and video consent, emergency-contact details, agreement to facility rules, and a signed waiver.
These website Terms are not a participant waiver and do not replace registration forms, safety instructions, or facility rules.
Some booking and registration links direct users to iClassPro. Product links in the website shop direct users to the TUO Systems/Arrivo store. Those providers’ terms also apply to transactions completed on their platforms.
– Program fees are non-refundable.
– If a player will miss a session and the parent or guardian notifies us at least 24 hours before the session starts, the player will receive a make-up session, subject to availability. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a make-up.
– If Chronis Elite cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances, we will provide an alternate session date.
To report an absence, contact us through iClassPro or at admin@chroniselite.com.
All apparel and merchandise sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Items may be exchanged for a different size or item within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability. To request an exchange, email admin@chroniselite.com with your order details.
Soccer training and athletic programs involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Participants must follow coach instructions and facility rules. Website content is not medical advice and does not determine whether a player is fit to participate. Parents and guardians should seek appropriate professional advice about a player’s health and provide any required information through the official registration process.
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or submit unlawful or misleading content.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and other content are owned by Chronis Elite or used with permission. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy or commercially use it without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
