Andreas Chronis

Andreas Chronis grew up in the game, playing for Greek youth club Eleftheria before moving on to BW Gottschee and then the Metrostars (Redbull). He was part of the US Youth National Team Pool from U-14 to U-19. In 2007, at just 18 years old, he turned down a full scholarship to Columbia University to sign with first division Greek powerhouse AEK Athens. There he was coached by Lorenzo Serra Ferrer (Barcelona, Real Betis, Mallorca) and played alongside Ballon d’Or winner Rivaldo, as well as seven Greek national team players who won the 2004 European Championship. When his playing career ended, Andreas took time to reflect on the path that shaped him. Studying both his successes and his setbacks renewed his drive to return to the game and pass on what he had learned to the next generation. What began as a part time passion project grew into a lifelong purpose, and in 2021 he founded the Chronis Elite training academy. Today, with more than 200 players committed to the program, Andreas teaches that there is no shortcut to lasting success. A player reaches their full potential only by training correctly and consistently over time, which is why Chronis Elite is built for families and players who share a long term vision for development.
