Coach Qualifications

Candidates should have:
  • A USSF B or UEFA B License—or be actively enrolled in the licensing process—or have at least three years of professional playing experience
  • Five or more years of competitive coaching experience at the professional academy, club, or college level
  • Strong technical and tactical teaching ability, including the ability to explain and demonstrate concepts clearly
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • A strong commitment to player development and professional coaching standards

Availability

Coaches should be available for some combination of:

  • Early mornings from 5:30–7:30 AM
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
  • Holidays
